Enjoying the Wellspring Experience
You will not be spending your time at Wellspring sitting in a classroom learning about weight loss, nutrition, and fitness. Instead, you will learn by doing.
Along with the others in the program just like you-looking to make a lifestyle change-you will do different things nearly every session. One day you might be hiking. Another day is cooking. The next session might be playing basketball or soccer. Yet another session might be going to a restaurant and learning how to make healthy choices.
The point is-Wellspring's program is real and engaging. We recognize the only way you learn fitness and weight management skills to last a lifetime is if we engage you and show you how to live a healthy lifestyle in the "real" world. And the classroom isn't the place to live it.
